What is BOPP?

 

BOPP is an acronym for Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene. It is polypropylene film that is stretched in both directions during manufacturing to create a biaxially stretched material which increases stiffness, high tensile strength, excellent optics and good water vapor barrier properties.

BOPP is extremely clear and thus is ideal for packaging products that possess high clarity display characteristics such as food & retail products.
