Printed Calico Bags

Printing on Calico bags is very popular as it gives your business a chance to put your logo on a bag that has strong connotations with being environmentally conscious and friendly, therefore your brand is perceived as being healthy and supportive of the environment.

Printed calico bags are much more visually appealing with a design (usually your logo) on it, rather than the plain cotton look. QIS prints in our warehouse; the minimum order quantity is 500. More complex orders we are able to print overseas.

Alternatively if you’re looking for a bigger production of 5,000 or more bags then having these manufactured and printed overseas is much more economical, which QIS can do as we have arrangements with partners from overseas and can get this done easily without any hassle for you!

Frequently Asked Question

How do I give my design for a printed bag?

We would require your artwork to be emailed to us in either of the following formats...

  1. Adobe Illustrator .ai file
  2. An .eps vector file with fonts outlined.
This enables our artist to then produce a mock up (ie proof) for you to approve prior to proceeding with the plate making.

Is the process for getting printed calico bags very long?

Printed calico bags that are printed in Australia onto an existing bag usually take 3-4 weeks, however it really comes down to how busy the screen printer is and how long it takes for the artwork to be signed off. If we are importing the printed bags from overseas, it will take 12-14 weeks from artwork approval.

Are there other similar alternatives to printing on Calico bags?

Non-Woven Polypropylene bags are a similar alternative. These come in many different colours (as you will see if you click on the link). With there being more colours it gives you more variety for design on your bags, and may align better with what your company is trying to market.
